    The FullyRaw Persimmon Salsa: YouTube Video Here

    Ingredients:
    5-8 Ripe Persimmons
    2 cups approximately about 4-5 Roma tomatoes
    1 ½ cups of cilantro diced
    ½ to 1 cup red onion
    ½ cup Green onion or scallions

    Directions:
    Place all ingredients in a food processor, process, and enjoy!

     

     

    The FullyRaw Holiday Stuffing:

    Ingredients:

    • 4-5 chopped zucchinis
    • 4-5 chopped carrots
    • 2-3 yellow squash
    • 1 bundle parsley, chopped
    • 1 head green onion, diced
    • Chopped fresh mint
    • Dried mint, sage, cumin, and thyme
    • Freshly squeezed lemon juice

    Directions:

    Cut all ingredients, mix in a bowl, and sprinkle with lemon and fresh or dried raw herbs. Enjoy!

    Raw food vegan juice recipe, beautiful, rich, savory, and delicious!

    Ingredients:

    • 1-2 cups of cranberries
    • 4 oranges
    • 2 cups pomegranates or pomegranate juice
    • 5-7 apples of your choice (I used Arkansas black apples)

    Run all ingredients through a juicer, and enjoy!

    • It’s so easy to make in just 2 easy steps! In order to make this recipe, you will need a Vitamix blender as well as a food processor and a pie dish. Rawfully Organic has the best non-profit deals on the vitamix blenders! Please email kristina@rawfullyorganic.com for the details!
    • Ingredients for the Crust: 1-1.5 Cups of Pecans 1 Lb of Fresh, Wet Dates.
    • Directions for the Crust: Process both ingredients in a food processor until they reach a crust-like consistency. Press the crust into your pie pan.
    • Ingredients for the Pumpkin Pie Filling: 1 Pie Pumpkin 2 Lbs Dates 1 SUPER Ripe Persimmon 1 Large Tsp. of Cinnamon 1 Tiny Pinky Finger of Ginger Optional: Scrape from a Vanilla Bean
    • Directions for the Filling: Pit your dates, and place them in the vitamix with your chopped and peeled pumpkin. Add all of the rest of the ingredients. Pour the filling into the crust and spread it in evenly. Freese the pie until it firms up. Serve chilled! Watch the video for more details on how to make this recipe!     FullyRaw Deviled Avocados 

    This recipe is the most simple! All you need to do is take 1-2 ripe avocados, cut them in half, and fill them with pomegranate seeds. Yes, you can eat the pomegranate seeds! Grab a spoon, scoop out a spoonful, and enjoy!

     

     

    The FullyRaw Pumpkin Soup / Dip / Spread

    This soup is one of my newest creative dishes. I call it a soup, but it can be a dip, a sauce, or a spread as well.

    Ingredients:

    • 1-2 cups cut pumpkin (no seeds)
    • 1-2 ripe persimmons
    • 1-2 large ripe tomatoes
    • 1-2 stalks of celery
    • Small handful of basil leaves
    • 1 tsp. of fresh lemon juice

    Directions:

    Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender like a Vitamix. Carve out your baby pie pumpkin of choice and pour your soup into your pumpkin. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
