    FULLYRAW CANDY CORN CHEESECAKE

    Tools Needed:

    • High Speed Blender like a Vitamix
    • A Food Processor
    • A Pie Pan 

     

    Ingredients for the Crust: 

    • 2-3 Cups Mulberries
    • 3-4 Dates, Pitted
    • 1 TBsp. Cinnamon 

     

    Directions to Make the Crust:

    Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it reaches a crust-like consistency. When ready, press into your pie pan.

     

    Ingredients for the Candy Corn Filling: 

    • 3-4 Ripe Mangoes
    • 1 Large Papaya, Peeled
    • 5-6 Ripe Bananas 

      

    Directions to Make the Candy Corn Layers: 

     

    Blend each fruit individually and layer then one by one onto your pie crust as shown in the video. You can freeze each layer in between blending them to help them set and not mix into one another.    To make the spider web on top, you can use a piping bag or a ziplock bag to add your blended blackberries and move it into a circular motion on top of your pie. Use a tool and move from the middle outwards to create a cool swirl!    Freeze your pie for 6-8 hours, take it out, cut a slice, and enjoy!
